BLANK Willow Wand
Of course, if you don’t want one of the beautifully created wands, you might want to make a wand of your own. So presented here is the opportunity to purchase a stick of beautiful willow.
The wand sizes and shapes, and thicknesses may vary, each according to that which the tree gives our artist, but what you will get is a piece from a much-loved tree, grown from a cutting and nurtured until maturity.
The wand can be any size, usually upwards of ten inches, so if there is a specific size you need, please email us and we will do what we can to accommodate your needs.
The wand will be sent to you quite naked, having been cut during a waning moon, stripped of its bark, dried in the sunlight (East facing window ledge) and then further stripped of the under-bark.
The Blank willow wand needs to be sanded down before decorating, but it does come with a pre-carved crystal hollow in the end.
All the wands are hand made from start to finish. They are cut from our friends own willow trees in the garden, as and when the trees need coppicing, therefore no two wands will ever be the same –They are vastly different shapes and sizes from these trees, and our friends are happy to work with them. Please note that all the wands they create will have variations in shape and size of the wood, crystal at the tip and binding, each created according to the moon phase, the Sabbat time, and the creative flow of the artist! There is no extra charge for this service, we are happy to work with your desire – after all, this is to be your wand!
Please note, however, that if you ask for a specific time of creation, you may have to wait a little longer for your wand to be made
