Order and Payment
Paying for your order is simple and quick and most importantly is completely secure! We use a third party payment gateway called Paypal. This means that not only is it SSL encrypted making your transaction safe and secure, it also means we do not have access to your personal account information such as your credit card details. We understand that his helps set your mind at rest.
Once payment has been made Paypal will automatically transfer you back to the shop. If you do not have a Paypal account, don't worry, you can still pay using most major credit cards by using the Paypal Gateway, all you have to do is enter your credit card details on the Paypal page ,as easy as that!
We also accept UK Cheques and UK Postal Orders. Please email us at email@example.com and we will send you an invoice which you can print off and send off with your cheque.
We are aware that buying on-line can be a concern for some people, we would like to put your mind at rest, we are honest, our payment method is SSL encrypted, our products are first rate and as described and we offer 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed!
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return for a refund. We allow 14 days for returns. We ask only that products are returned complete and undamaged and in original packaging.
Postage and Packaging
We aim to dispatch within 24 hours unless specifically stated on the product description page. For example hand crafted goods and Art Glass products which are also handmade to order. We pack all our products securely to ensure safe and secure delivery.
Moondust and Angels want our customers to have a happy shopping experience and are confident that you will be delighted with your purchases. We are aware that there will be occasions when customers will want to return goods and we offer a no quibble money back gaurantee on products up to 14 days from receipt of goods.**

All products should be returned undamaged.
Please note : CD's, DVD's which have had the cellophane removed are not liable for a refund unless they are found to be faulty.
We are sorry we cannot accept pierced earring returns due to the hygiene laws governing this country.
**We cannot accept returns on made to order items, for example Art Glass or Wands which have been designed specifically for you or earrings if they are pierced. If you would like insurance in the rare event items are damaged in transit please choose the courier option at checkout. Alternatively contact us to arrange recorded delivery within UK or International signed for delivery, we can send you an invoice for the extra postage if this applicable
