Order and Payment
Credit Card Payments

We do not gather, store or process any credit card information, we use a 3rd party financial services provided by PayPal. For more information about the credit card payment process via PayPal, please visit www.paypal.co.uk



Payment Details


Paypal is a safe and secure way of paying for your purchases. If you don't have a Paypal account you can still pay through Paypal with your credit card. We also accept UK Cheques, UK Postal Orders and UK Bankers Drafts. All payments must be made in UK Sterlling.

We are Paypal Verified.

Postage and Packaging
Shipping

We offer several shipping methods.

Shipping/Postal Charges vary depending on where you live. Starting from £2.45 for smaller items and for heavier items a surcharge wil be added at checkout and marked clearly before finalising the purchase.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 working hours of you placing them. So if you place an order on a Monday morning the latest we will dispatch it is Thursday. This is subject to unforeseen events such as postal strikes and stock availability.

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 14 days of your order.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order a full refund will be given.

Returns Policy
Moondust and Angels want our customers to have a happy shopping experience and are confident that you will be delighted with your purchases. We offer refunds on products if they are returned within 7 days. We will offer a replacement or a refund on faulty goods.

We will refund or replace goods if they are returned within 7 days of receipt. If you do decide you want to return your purchase please contact us to advise us of this within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Please contact us for delivery instructions before returning items. Failure to do so may result in us refusing a refund or replacement.

Refunds do not include postage. All products must be returned complete and undamaged in the original packaging.

Please note : CD's, DVD's which have had the cellophane removed are not liable for a refund.

Earrings, customised orders and personalised products are also exempt.

Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from non faulty item returns.
