What is The Easist Way To Find A Product? Use the left hand menu/index -it is alphabetical for ease of use. You can enter a product in the search bar (left hand side and scroll down the page) type in eg 'Unicorn' this will take you to the most relevant page. Once you have found the category you want you will notice at the top of the page there are options to click on, for example 'A-Z' and 'Z-A' if you click on any of these links it will automatically list all the products in that category alphabeticaly or you can click on lowest or highest price and this will list all the products in that category according to price.
How Can I Pay? You can pay with a UK Cheque or a UK Postal Order if you do not have a Paypal Account or a Credit Card.

You can pay in several ways. You can purchase any of our products using Paypal. It does not matter if you don't have a Paypal account. We accept the majority of Credit Cards using the Paypal gateway. If you wish you can send us a UK Cheque or Postal Order. Paypal is completely secure and we do not have access to your credit card details.
What if An Item is Damaged? We offer a replacement or refund on damaged goods. We only ask that you let us know within 24 hours of receipt of the item and send us photographic evidence of the item. Please read our terms and conditions for details.
Why Do I Have To Register? Registration is quick and easy and will not result in us bombarding you with emails. Registration is necessary for security and enables us to give the best customer service in the event of any problems. Registration is now standard procedure for on-line businesses.
We need your address for shipping and we ask for your telephne number only in cases where there may be a problem with your delivery. It is not optional to leave your telephone number however. we do not store your details for the purposes of sending unwanted information.
If you would like to recieve an email newletter from us outlining new products and special offers please let us know and we will send you one approximately once a month.
How To Order A Product From Moondust And Angels When you find a product you like on the description page you will see a button marked 'add to cart' click on this and it will take you to the 'shopping basket' there is a drop down menu on this page to enter the preferred shipping option, for example, standard or recorded delivery -choose your shipping method and the basket will automatically update with the shipping costs. Follow the link for checkout and register. You will be prompted to pay either through Paypal or off-line with a cheque or PO. That's it! We will contact you with details of your order and keep you up to date on delivery etc.
